The Project Process
The designing of your custom home plans will be in the hands of Dave Perry, who is the plan designer and contractor.
Our team will coordinate all selections in the project. Our clients work with the designer as much or little as preferred, from organizing selections to creating mood boards with selection options for projects to help visualize how selections work together.
We pride ourselves on listening to clients and making sure their ideas are incorporated into their project reflecting their wants and needs.
Our team will handle all plan project permitting required by state and local municipalities.
Our construction teams meet weekly to discuss current and upcoming projects, resolve potential issues before problems arise, and maintain the construction schedule.
Project updates are sent weekly to the client. These updates include an overview of what has happened at the job site and what is upcoming on their project.
We offer job site walk-throughs at specific phases of the project with Project Manager and client to review the progress during the construction process.
